The classic Thai cut is fitted and follows the natural line of your body. Difference from regular MMA shorts
Muay Thai shorts like the Venum Classic 2.0 have a shorter leg and higher split than MMA shorts, allowing you to execute knee techniques more freely. The elastic waistband fits tighter than the Velcro closure on MMA shorts. MMA shorts are cut roomier and offer more freedom of movement for ground work, but limit high kicks. Choose Muay Thai shorts if you fight mainly standing and throw high kicks regularly, and MMA shorts if you work a lot on the ground or prefer a looser fit.

Ordering from outside the EU
Ordering from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or another country outside the EU? In the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States, our prices exclude VAT. We do not charge the destination country's VAT or any import duties at checkout: the carrier will charge them to you on delivery, possibly together with clearance fees. Customs clearance can take a few extra days.
Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use it to follow your shipment and see the expected delivery day. Nothing received? Please check your spam folder too. If there is still nothing in your inbox after the shipping confirmation, email us your order number.
Partial deliveries
If your order contains products with different delivery times, we may ship it in parts. You will then receive separate tracking for each shipment. You only pay the shipping costs once.

In Germany, the other EU countries and Norway from €150. Collection in Groningen is always free. Shipping to Switzerland and countries outside Europe is not free. Punch bags and puzzle mats are excluded from free shipping.
Can I choose the carrier myself?
In the Netherlands and Belgium, you choose between PostNL and GLS at checkout. In Belgium, you can also have your order delivered to a PostNL pick-up point. We ship to the other European countries with GLS, and to the United Kingdom and countries outside Europe usually with FedEx.

What if my parcel is delayed?
First check the tracking; sometimes a shipment is delivered later in the day or on the next working day. If the status does not change, email us your order number. We will contact the carrier straight away.
I entered the wrong address, what now?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. As long as the order has not been shipped yet, we will change it. If the shipment is already on its way, we will try to have it changed via the carrier.
How do returns work?

How do I measure my hip circumference?
- Use a flexible measuring tape and measure around the widest point of your hips .
- Make sure the measuring tape fits snugly, but does not pinch.
- Measure over thin clothing or directly on skin for the most accurate value.
