Shipping costs per country

The shipping costs depend on the delivery country and your order value. For many countries, shipping is free from a certain amount. In countries with their own currency, the checkout converts the amounts into your own currency.

“The other EU countries” are: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia and Slovenia. The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, the Czech Republic and Romania have their own rate.

Extra options in the Netherlands and Belgium

• Insured premium home delivery. Your shipment is processed with priority and is insured during transport. Netherlands: €9.95 (for orders up to €100) or €3.95 (from €100). Belgium: €12.95 (up to €100) or €3.95 (from €100).
• Letterbox parcel with PostNL (Netherlands only). €3.95 for very small, light items. This option only appears at checkout if your order fits through the letterbox.
• Collection in Groningen. Always free, see below.

Large and heavy items

Punch bags and puzzle mats are not sent as a regular parcel. Separate rates apply, which you will also see at checkout:

Collection in Groningen (free)

Choose Collection at checkout and you pay no shipping costs. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready.

Want to be sure everything is ready, for example with products from a brand's warehouse? Then email us your order number before you come by.

Delivery times

The current delivery time is shown with every product. Products from our own warehouse in Groningen are available for immediate delivery. Other products come directly from the brand's warehouse and take a little longer. If you order several products, we ship the order as soon as everything has arrived; if you would like to receive the products available for immediate delivery sooner, please get in touch.

These delivery times apply per brand from the brand's warehouse: Booster, Super Pro, Hayabusa, Sportief and Adidas 2 to 5 working days (outside the Netherlands and Belgium 2 to 6), Venum 2 to 6 working days (outside the Netherlands and Belgium 2 to 7), Phantom Athletics 3 to 8 working days and Leone 4 to 9 working days.

Delivery times outside the Netherlands and Belgium are an indication from dispatch; the delivery time depends on the country and the carrier. Delivery times are always an indication. Public holidays, weather conditions and busy periods at the carriers can affect delivery. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the expected delivery date.

Ordering from outside the EU

Ordering from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or another country outside the EU? In the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States, our prices exclude VAT. We do not charge the destination country's VAT or any import duties at checkout: the carrier will charge them to you on delivery, possibly together with clearance fees. Customs clearance can take a few extra days.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use it to follow your shipment and see the expected delivery day. Nothing received? Please check your spam folder too. If there is still nothing in your inbox after the shipping confirmation, email us your order number.

Partial deliveries

If your order contains products with different delivery times, we may ship it in parts. You will then receive separate tracking for each shipment. You only pay the shipping costs once.
