- Large – approx 1.78 - 1.88 m / 80 - 95 kg
- X-Large – approx 1.88 m and taller / 95+ kg

Maintenance
Wipe down the shin guards after every training session with a slightly damp cloth to remove sweat and dust. Let them air dry, away from direct sunlight, and store them in a well-ventilated space to prevent odour and bacterial growth. Avoid machine washing to keep the artificial leather and construction intact.

Ordering from outside the EU
Ordering from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or another country outside the EU? In the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States, our prices exclude VAT. We do not charge the destination country's VAT or any import duties at checkout: the carrier will charge them to you on delivery, possibly together with clearance fees. Customs clearance can take a few extra days.
Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use it to follow your shipment and see the expected delivery day. Nothing received? Please check your spam folder too. If there is still nothing in your inbox after the shipping confirmation, email us your order number.
Partial deliveries
If your order contains products with different delivery times, we may ship it in parts. You will then receive separate tracking for each shipment. You only pay the shipping costs once.

When is shipping free?
In the Netherlands and Belgium from an order value of €100. In Denmark from 500 kr, in Sweden from 1,000 kr, in Poland from 300 zł, in the Czech Republic from 2,500 Kč, in Romania from 500 lei and in the United Kingdom from £75. In Germany, the other EU countries and Norway from €150. Collection in Groningen is always free. Shipping to Switzerland and countries outside Europe is not free. Punch bags and puzzle mats are excluded from free shipping.
Can I choose the carrier myself?
In the Netherlands and Belgium, you choose between PostNL and GLS at checkout. In Belgium, you can also have your order delivered to a PostNL pick-up point. We ship to the other European countries with GLS, and to the United Kingdom and countries outside Europe usually with FedEx.
What is insured premium home delivery?

What if my parcel is delayed?
First check the tracking; sometimes a shipment is delivered later in the day or on the next working day. If the status does not change, email us your order number. We will contact the carrier straight away.
I entered the wrong address, what now?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. As long as the order has not been shipped yet, we will change it. If the shipment is already on its way, we will try to have it changed via the carrier.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to register your return (60 days with Gold, 90 days with Platinum). Everything about returns, the costs and the returns portal can be found on our returns page.

Use the size chart below to easily choose the right size. Measure your own shin length (bottom of knee to ankle) and foot length (ankle to start of toes) in centimetres.

Tip: between two sizes? Choose based on your shin length (more important than weight). The Shadow series has a close fit with firm padding; for wider calves or longer legs, one size up is usually more comfortable.
How do I measure my shin and foot?
Use a tape measure and follow these steps for the right size:
- Shin: measure from just below your knee to the start of your ankle.
- Foot section: measure from your ankle to the start of your toes.
- Measure without shoes or socks for the most accurate result.
All measurements are in centimetres.
