Ordering from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or another country outside the EU? In the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States, our prices exclude VAT. We do not charge the destination country's VAT or any import duties at checkout: the carrier will charge them to you on delivery, possibly together with clearance fees. Customs clearance can take a few extra days.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use it to follow your shipment and see the expected delivery day. Nothing received? Partial deliveries
If your order contains products with different delivery times, we may ship it in parts. You will then receive separate tracking for each shipment. You only pay the shipping costs once.

In Germany, the other EU countries and Norway from €150. Collection in Groningen is always free. Shipping to Switzerland and countries outside Europe is not free. Punch bags and puzzle mats are excluded from free shipping.
Can I choose the carrier myself?
In the Netherlands and Belgium, you choose between PostNL and GLS at checkout. In Belgium, you can also have your order delivered to a PostNL pick-up point. We ship to the other European countries with GLS, and to the United Kingdom and countries outside Europe usually with FedEx.
What is insured premium home delivery?

What if my parcel is delayed?
First check the tracking; sometimes a shipment is delivered later in the day or on the next working day. If the status does not change, email us your order number. We will contact the carrier straight away.
I entered the wrong address, what now?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. As long as the order has not been shipped yet, we will change it. If the shipment is already on its way, we will try to have it changed via the carrier.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to register your return (60 days with Gold, 90 days with Platinum). Everything about returns, the costs and the returns portal can be found on our returns page.

How to measure your hand circumference?
Use a flexible measuring tape around your hand just below the knuckles (excluding the thumb and without bandages). Measure snugly but not tightly.
Are you in doubt between two sizes? Choose based on hand circumference (more important than weight).
Do you usually wear bandages? If you are on the border, choose the larger oz size.
For technical sparring sessions or sensitive sparring partners: 16 & 18 oz.
Pay attention to brand and series: some models are more compact or roomier – check the product description.

Fijne handschoenen. Even wennen qua maat, maar dat ligt meer aan m'n oude handschoenen die groot vielen. Goede padding, comfortabele binnenkant en goed klittenband.

Als beginner heb ik deze handschoenen aangeraden gekregen. Ze bevallen prima. Niet te zwaar, goede demping. Aanrader voor beginners.

Na deze handschoenen te hebben ontvangen, heb ik ze getest op de bokszak en dat ging lekker en ze zijn perfect. Voor een beginner is het wel even wennen aan het gewicht van de handschoenen maar eenmaal.aan de gang gaat het goed

Goede handschoenen van een hoog kwaliteit, goede pasvorm maar valt toch misschien iets t klein als je binnenhandschoenen hebt. Verder prima handschoenen met een goed design ook.

Als net-geen-beginner-meer: uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding voor deze handschoenen. Stevig, goed materiaal, zien er goed uit (niet te opvallend voor mijn leeftijd). Ik heb zelf vrij brede handen, maar deze 16 oz kan ik niet aantrekken zonder linten. Anders te veel speling. Prima om mee te trainen en te sparren. Heel erg tevreden mee.

Ik heb de box handschoenen gekocht ze zitten perfect en de maat is zoals die staat aangegeven de boxhandschoenen voelen goed aan om de pols en knokkels en de handschoenen zitten erg stabiel ben er erg blij mee
Ik heb 12oz besteld voor een handomtrek van 18,5 cm. Toen ik ze voor 't eerst aanhad dacht ik, oei precies wat groot. Maar wanneer je windels of binnenhandschoenen aanhebt is de pasvorm perfect! Ik ben beginnend in fitboxing en Thai boxing en vind deze wel echt heel fijn! Vangen de stoten goed op, zitten comfortabel. Prijs-kwaliteit wel de moeite!
